My room was pristine and well kept, equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge, conveniently located near the airport, Federal Way Transit Center, and Tacoma/Olympia.

Extra help was needed to access my room as the door lock failed to open several times over the 3 days. Young woman at the front desk named Muna was very helpful in working with the lock and was gracious.

What happens to the little soaps that I only used once and then disappeared with the house keeper each day? I am happy to use the same soap for three days and I can also use the same towel. I did hang up the towel which I thought indicated I was happy to keep it. I am hoping more people will become concerned about conservation of recycling of our resources.

The only thing we liked was the close location to the Pualapup fair grounds.

It was noisy, the toilet was not working properly and it had no pool.

The location was comfy and the best, at a medium distance from Enchanted Village. the area was safe near to Federal Way Transit Center, a shopping mall and Tacoma / Olympia.

This was the second time I stayed at the Day's Inn and I found it comfortable. The staff was great and it was a great value.

The breakfast here has lots of options, and the staff is really polite, plus the location is decent, which was perfect for me, as it's in a fairly nice area.

Bookings.com really disappointed me in their overbooking of a secured hotel. We were routed to another hotel and told it was at least a 3 star hotel. This place was lucky to be 1 star. Unlikely to use bookings.com again.

The room was spacious and had clean towels, climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave, making my experience really good.

The room was inexpensive and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Also had a King bed for a reasonable price. The hotel had very nice smelling shampoo and conditioner and lotion and included a makeup remover cloth, something that I had not seen before and I thought it was a nice touch.

I felt that the room was clean but some of the fixtures were not. The bedspread had stains on it and we removed it and put in on the floor and never used it. There were a couple of spots on the wall that looked like something had splattered and dripped. There was a coffee pot in the room, but nothing to drink the coffee with.

I felt the Days Inn in Federal Way was well located for our purposes. It was extremely clean and comfortable and at an excellent price. It met all of our needs.

Spacious, clean room with good lighting and comfortable, soft bed. Microwave and mini-fridge included. Decent complimentary breakfast with various options. Fluffy white towels and plenty of pillows. Recently renovated room with lots of storage space. Attentive staff.

Phone didn't work. Tub stopper a real problem to seal. Ancient TV. Floor very spotted with stains.

Generally very favorable. Breakfast was very good and everything seemed to work as expected. The help was friendly and accommodating.

The shower/tub area could use a good cleaning around the base (black on the grout along the base of the tub) also a little black at the drain edge of the non-slip mat in the tub.
